Working long hours in the front of the computer is not at all good for your body. Myself I suffered from a lower back problem and decided to create my own method to balance my life. I call it Mercurian Exercise System. It is a mixture of jogging, stretching, Yoga, Tai Chi, affirmations and meditation.
Applicable to all those with a sedentary occupation - office workers, IT pro, drivers etc. You can join me - Victoria park daily.
